  This plumber isn't a reliable Plumber but Totally Unreliable as I requested him to give me an estimate and after arriving over an hour late he looked at what was required and agreed to ring me the next day { tuesday } with an exact price and said he will carry out the work on Thursday. He failed to ring me and he never contacted me again. I was lucky to be put in touch with a Reliable Plumber from Porth recommended to me by a local Plumbers Merchant
